Last year (2012), I finished the 2-year MBA program at the Jack Welch Management Institute. It changed my perspective on software development, and it has enabled me to be doing what I am doing today. The video is on YouTube. Check it out.

Good video. I'm currently doing the ASU distance MBA program, and I agree that the variety of perspectives can be fascinating. The online approach is not as immersive as it could be, unfortunately. My level of interaction with classmates and even with the material is highly dependent on what I put into it, moreso than in the typical classroom. Was it that way for you as well?
